Founded and led by Haydar Ketabchi, Esq., our firm is built on a passion for justice and a deep commitment to our community. Haydar, an energetic and relentless advocate, was inspired to enter the world of defense law after witnessing the devastating effects of debt on individuals and families in his diverse Queens neighborhood.

Growing up, Haydar saw firsthand how predatory lenders, collection agencies, and large corporations exploited the lack of financial education in society, leading to crushing debt burdens for many. Determined to make a difference, he has spent over half a decade fighting tirelessly for those who have been taken advantage of by these powerful entities.

About Haydar Ketabchi, Esq.

With over a decade of experience in the debt relief industry, Haydar's journey began as an IAPDA Certified Debt Specialist. He initially worked as a Debt Specialist at National Debt Relief and later served as a Senior Debt Counselor at a financial services firm on Madison Avenue. His deep understanding of debt issues was further refined during his five years as a paralegal at a Wall Street consumer defense practice, where he honed his skills in debtor litigation and post-judgment relief.

Today, Haydar represents consumers in creditor actions and judgment matters, leveraging his extensive knowledge of civil court procedures to provide effective and compassionate legal representation. He is an attorney who truly cares about his clients and his community, aligning his passion for civil practice and financial health with his clients' goals.

Haydar received his undergraduate degree from New College of California and graduated from CUNY School of Law in 2011, where he was a Revson Fellow. He is licensed to practice in all New York State Courts and is a member of the New York State, Queens County, and Nassau County Bar Associations.
